brainless 10.02.2002

People become brainless when it's pouring rain and they are driving. They either go faster and drive like maniacs or they slow down to 10 mph. I drove in pouring rain on my lunch break and this is what I witnessed. NOBODY knows how to drive these days, I swear. Yes, that's right, I am the only person in the whole world who knows how to drive.
